Charlotte O’Donoghue

Charlotte O’Donoghue is a PhD candidate in the Irish World Academy of Music and Dance at the University of Limerick. Her research focuses on the engagement of youth in orchestra participation. Her research has been developed through her active involvement and participation in youth orchestras and her extensive teaching, leading, and managing in a youth orchestra context. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Religious Education and Music and a Master of Arts in Music, both from Dublin City University. Charlotte is a qualified secondary school teacher, where she has taught in various educational settings over the last number of years.
